Front Desk

Pam our front office dental receptionist!

Pam

Pam has been in the dental field for more than 30 years and throughout those years has been involved in many areas of the dental office, from chair side assisting to front desk reception and insurance billing. She specializes in helping our patients understand their dental insurance benefits and the financial aspect of their treatment. She is passionate about making optimal dental care affordable for our patients and will work to come up with a variety of payment plans to best suit your needs.

When not at work, Pam loves cooking, exercising, spending time with her husband Ray and her two children, and taking walks with her dogs Buddy and Jax. She also enjoys going to the movies with her family and is a huge fan of the Harry Potter and Marvel movies.

Alicia our front desk dental superstar!

Alicia

Alicia joined our office in the spring of 2016. She worked in the dental field as a chairside assistant and receptionist throughout high school and college and then spent 10 years in the marketing field after earning her English degree from Oakland University. Now back in the dental field, her smiling face is the first thing you’ll see when you walk in our front door!

In her free time, Alicia loves spending time with her husband, Dan, and their extended families, watching sports, and playing piano.

Dental Hygienists

Camille a fantastic dental hygienist!

Camille

Camille has been practicing dental hygiene for 36 years, with the last 16 years as part of our practice. Camille’s level of experience is evident as soon as you meet her. She has a warm smile and a wonderful chairside manner, and genuinely loves getting to know our patients and hearing what’s new in their lives when they come in for their routine 6 month cleanings.

Camille comes from a “dental family” – her father and sister are both dentists! Camille and K.C. have two daughters and three grandchildren, whom she loves babysitting and spending time with. She also enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors.

Kristyn is another one of our amazing dental hygienists!

Kristyn

Kristyn graduated from Baker College in 2011 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. While growing up, she always found going to the dentist exciting and fun. She has a passion for patient education and helping patients obtain a healthy mouth and beautiful smile.

Kristyn was born and raised right here in Utica, Michigan. She is a member at Peace Lutheran Church, where she helps with the children’s ministry. Kristyn loves spending time with her family and friends. During the summer, she spends most of her time up north, where she enjoys boating and sitting by the bonfire.

Jackie Manduzzi

Jackie

Jackie joined our team as a dental hygienist in 2013, although she is no rookie when it comes to dentistry. Before starting up her own dental staffing company, she worked as a receptionist in a dental office and then went on to the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) for her dental hygiene degree, which she has been using for the past 14 years.

Outside the office, you might find Jackie jogging, watching HGTV, or attempting home improvement projects. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves volunteering for numerous wonderful causes.

Her dental words of wisdom: “Your oral health is 99% what you do at home and 1% what we do here. Only brush and floss the ones you want to keep!”

Alicia is one of our dental hygienists

Alicia

Alicia graduated from Baker College at the top of her hygiene class. Prior to entering the dental field, Alicia worked as a nurse’s aide for 9 years. She always knew she wanted to work in the healthcare field, but dentistry soon became her passion. The mouth is the gateway to the body and Alicia takes pride in educating her patients on how to achieve optimal oral health so that they can also have excellent overall health.

Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and extended family. In the summer, you may find her relaxing by the pool, boating on Lake St. Clair, or walking her furry child, Ruger. Alicia and her husband also like to travel up north to snowmobile in the winter months.

Dental Assistant

Dental hygienist Sam

Sam

Sam graduated from Ross Medical Education’s dental assisting program, after completing an externship in our office. As Dr. Manduzzi’s full-time assistant, Sam quickly became a patient favorite with her warm smile and sense of humor.

Her passion is providing a relaxed, calming atmosphere for patients undergoing treatment. Sam’s favorite part of being a dental assistant is interacting with all different types of people. She loves seeing the transformation that occurs from start to finish as her patients’ oral health improves and their smiles become more beautiful each visit.

In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her hometown of Armada. Her adorable son, Mason, is her pride and joy. She is also a camping and video game enthusiast, loves catching up on her favorite shows on Netflix, and is a self-proclaimed superfan of the musical groups One Direction and Thirty Seconds to Mars.
