The training she received was comprehensive and involved collaborate work with the oral surgeons to treat orthognathic surgical cases, craniofacial teams to treat patients with cleft palate, and restorative dental specialists to give people the smile of their dreams. After her formal training, she worked in private practice treating children, teenagers, and adults and also served as a part-time faculty at the UT Health School of Dentistry. Business Team

Rachell
Rachell has worked in the dental field both clinically and as a business administrator for over a decade. She became a passionate advocate for patients after seeing how many people suffer from dental anxiety which oftentimes prevents them from taking care of their dental needs. Also, throughout her career, Rachell has learned that a kind and compassionate team can lead an anxious patient into one who loves coming to the dentist! She considers this her favorite thing about her job. She is a quiet but strong leader in the office and handles many of the day-to-day operations.
Rachell has four children, two dogs, and a husband who all keep her pretty busy when outside of the office. She loves to bake, do anything outdoors, is a voracious reader, and holiday enthusiast. She also loves throwing elaborate parties and finding creative outlets for her artistic abilities.

Pam
Pam has been in the dental field for more than 30 years and throughout those years has been involved in many areas of the dental office, from chair side assisting to front desk reception and insurance billing. She specializes in helping our patients understand their dental insurance benefits and the financial aspect of their treatment. She is passionate about making optimal dental care affordable for our patients and will work to come up with a variety of payment plans to best suit your needs.
When not at work, Pam loves cooking, exercising, spending time with her husband Ray and her two children, and taking walks with her dogs Buddy and Jax. She also enjoys going to the movies with her family and is a huge fan of the Harry Potter and Marvel movies.
